How to apply

To register a child in a medical organization, after clicking the "Continue" button and undergoing identification, it is necessary to select the institution and the doctor.

Requirements

A child can be registered online in a medical organization by a parent who has a "YesEm" identification:

• one of the parents, in the case of a registered marriage,

• the mother, in the case of no registered marriage.

Required data

The child's birth must be registered prior to registering them in a medical organization.

Attention 
If the child's registration address and actual residential address are not the same, the service can be accessed physically by visiting the medical organization located in the area of the residential address (province).

Processing time and procedure 

• The registration of the child in the medical organization is done instantly.
• Within a few days after registration, the family doctor contacts the parent to arrange a home visit.
